The Bat Pack Store uses a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if orders are the wrong size, color, or simply a change of mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, The Bat Pack Store offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at meetthebatpack@gmail.com with your order number and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Items may ship from different manufacturers and arrive separately. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
